Delete your AlphaTeak account

This page explains how to request deletion of your AlphaTeak account and the data associated with it. AlphaTeak is operated by DAMOLOR SYSTEMS TECHNOLOGY LIMITED.

How to request deletion

Email us from the address you use to sign in to AlphaTeak:

• Send an email to Hello@alphateak.com with the subject "Delete my account".
• Send it from the same email address that is on your AlphaTeak account, so we can verify the request.

We verify the request and permanently delete your account and its data within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once it is done.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the personal data we hold, including:

• Your profile (name, email, age, risk and persona settings)
• Your holdings, transactions, net-worth assets, watchlist, and dividends
• Your decision journal, notes, switches, and your Teak chat history
• Your analysis history, signals, and device push tokens

What may be retained

We may retain a limited amount of data where the law requires it (for example, records needed for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention), for no longer than the applicable retention period, after which it is purged. Payment and subscription records are held by the app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) and RevenueCat under their own policies, not by us; to remove those, use your App Store or Google Play account.
