AlphaTeak

Disclosures

Last updated 27 July 2026

We think you should know how AlphaTeak works before you trust it. This page explains how the Service, operated by DAMOLOR SYSTEMS TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, makes money, where its data comes from, and how its analysis is produced.

How we make money, and the conflict we avoid

AlphaTeak is funded by an optional subscription (Pro). It is not a broker and earns no order flow, spread or trading commission. It makes nothing when you trade, and nothing when you do not. We are not paid to feature, promote or rate any security, and no company can pay to change its Teak Score or verdict.

  • No brokerage, no order flow, no trading commission.
  • No paid placements, sponsored verdicts, or pay-to-list securities.
  • We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your portfolio or chats for advertising.

App store links

Links to the Apple App Store and Google Play are standard store links and are not paid affiliate placements. If that ever changes, we will disclose it here.

Where the data comes from

AlphaTeak reads company filings and uses third-party providers for market prices, fundamentals, corporate actions, analyst data and news, alongside technology used for analysis and extraction. Providers vary by market. Data may be delayed or contain errors; see our Disclaimer for the limits on relying on it.

How the analysis is produced

  • Teak Score. A weighted sum of eight judgements about the business itself. Momentum and market sentiment do not score. Every pillar shows the evidence behind it, reconciled against the filings.
  • Confidence. Reported separately from the score. Thin or stale data produces a softer call, not a confident guess.
  • Fair value and target. Labelled as an intrinsic value or a floor. The realistic target marks where a call has substantially played out.
  • Automated. Analysis is produced in part by automated systems and models that can make mistakes. It is reviewed by automated checks, not by a licensed analyst signing off on each name.

How the track record is scored

Every directional call resolves. It reaches its target and is recorded as a win, the verdict flips against it and it is stopped, or six months pass and it expires. We show wins and losses, deduplicated and dated, and nothing is cherry-picked. Past performance does not indicate future results.

Not investment advice

Nothing in the Service is personalized financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. See the Disclaimer and Terms of Service for the full basis on which the Service is provided.
