This Privacy Policy explains how DAMOLOR SYSTEMS TECHNOLOGY LIMITED ("AlphaTeak", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the AlphaTeak mobile app and related services (the "Service"). AlphaTeak is a value-investing research and education tool; it is not a broker, does not connect to your bank or brokerage, and does not execute trades.

Information we collect

• Account information. Your name, email address, and profile photo, provided through our authentication provider when you sign up.
• Profile and preferences. Details you choose to give us, such as your experience level, risk tolerance, goals, home and secondary currency, and the markets you follow.
• Portfolio and financial information you enter. Holdings, transactions, watchlists, dividends, net-worth assets and liabilities, goals, and decision-journal entries. This information is entered by you; we do not link to bank or brokerage accounts.
• Chats with Teak. The messages you send to our AI assistant and the responses it returns, along with the conversation history, so the assistant can maintain context and you can revisit past conversations.
• Usage and device data. How you interact with the app, plus device and diagnostic information collected through analytics and crash-reporting tools to keep the Service reliable.
• Push notification tokens. A device identifier used to deliver notifications you have enabled.

How we use your information

• To provide the Service: analysis, signals, dividend tracking, net worth, and the Teak assistant.
• To personalize your experience, for example tailoring the assistant's tone and suggestions to your stated goals and preferences.
• To send notifications you have opted into, such as signals and the daily brief.
• To operate, secure, support, and improve the Service. Authorized personnel may access your information where necessary to run the Service, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve the product.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

We rely on trusted third-party service providers to run and deliver the Service, for example hosting, data storage, communications, and the features that produce your analysis and assistant responses. To provide these features, some of the information you enter, including portfolio context and the messages you send to the assistant, together with usage and diagnostic data, is processed by these providers on our behalf. They may use it only to provide their service to us and are bound by their own terms and by security and confidentiality obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your private portfolio or chat content to serve third-party advertising.

Cookies and similar technologies

On our websites (alphateak.com and app.alphateak.com) we use cookies and similar technologies, such as browser local storage and, in the mobile app, on-device storage and SDK identifiers, to operate the Service. We group them as follows.

• Strictly necessary. Set by our authentication and infrastructure providers to sign you in, keep your session secure, and protect against abuse. The Service does not work without these, so they cannot be switched off.
• Analytics and performance. Privacy-respecting product analytics and crash reporting that help us understand how the Service is used and keep it reliable. They are not used to identify you to third parties for advertising.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings and manage analytics through your device settings; blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in. Because we currently use only strictly necessary and privacy-respecting analytics technologies, we do not display a cookie consent banner. If we introduce cookies that require your consent, we will ask for it first and update this policy.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can delete your content within the app, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@alphateak.com. We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, or legitimate operational reasons.

Your rights and choices

• Access, correct, or update your information within the app or by contacting us.
• Request deletion of your account and data.
• Control notifications through your device and in-app settings.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Nigeria Data Protection Act and the GDPR.

Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International transfers

We and our service providers may process your information in countries other than your own. Where we do, we take steps intended to ensure your information remains protected.

Children

AlphaTeak is intended for adults (18 years or older) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Not financial advice

AlphaTeak provides research, analysis, and education. It does not provide personalized investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, and nothing in the Service should be treated as a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
