These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AlphaTeak mobile app and related services (the "Service"), operated by DAMOLOR SYSTEMS TECHNOLOGY LIMITED ("AlphaTeak", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What AlphaTeak is

AlphaTeak is a research and education tool for investors. It provides analysis, signals, portfolio and net-worth tracking, and an AI assistant across supported markets. AlphaTeak is not a broker or a licensed financial adviser. It does not hold your money, connect to your bank or brokerage, or execute trades on your behalf.

Content in the Service, including analysis, verdicts, signals, and assistant responses, is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not personalized investment, financial, tax, or legal advice and is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Your investment decisions are your own, and you should consider seeking advice from a qualified professional.

Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, reverse engineer it, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service and its users. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
